Call to Action: Talk About It

Talking about climate change can often feel like a sticky subject—not everyone loves talking about topics that can feel overwhelming, frustrating, or even depressing. In fact, while 73% of Clark County residents believe climate change is happening, 66% rarely or never discuss it.   

However, talking about climate change is one of the most important things we can do to help spread awareness and urge others to take action. Studies show that people are more likely to be concerned about climate change if someone they trust shares their concern.
